We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. "We stayed for 3 nights of our 7 night trip. I’m glad we only did 3 nights, it is about 25 minutes from the shops and restaurants at grace bay. The host was super nice and communicative. The property and pool was very nice but during our stay there was a lot of mosquitos to the point of not being able to stay outside past 4:30pm (not the condos fault but something to know before you go). It’s a much less expensive option than grace bay but you get what you pay for."

"Beyond exceptional! Initially I thought that because it was a hotel, it wouldn’t live up too much expectation but I was wrong. The environment is beautiful, the staff is accommodating and loving, food was amazing. I enjoyed every second & actually want to cry that I’m not there anymore. It was also my birthday and the staff made sure to make sure I felt loved, if I could exceed 5 stars I would. Definitely looking to come back!"
