"A nice property but lacks attention to detail. Would benefit from a dedicated property manager. If there is one, they are clearly not doing their job. As a seasoned traveller, I appreciated the secluded property, competitively priced. Photographs were accurate. This place could be so much more. I did not receive accurate check -in information and had to access VRBO help in order to access the property, Two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a week long stay, A quarter of the lightbulbs...

"Lovely resort central to the beach, dining, and shopping. We are a family with teens and we walked every where except to the FishFry and a kayak tour. Taxis were readily available those 2 days and were very friendly. Love the location and the staff was very accommodating. There was always a place available to sit by the pool and chaises ready at their section of GraceBay beach. The price point made a dream trip possible for our family. Thank you Ports of Call!"

"East Bay is the most relaxing resort. Was very chill and the staff was amazing! (CJ is the man!) They were very helpful. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and made our time there absolutely amazing. The beach is huge and feels like a personal private beach as many times were we the only people on the beach. Even when it was busy, it's massive so it never felt crowded. Definitely the place for a relaxing vacation not the best for those seeking partying or night life."

"First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore.
