"There was a Brazilian waiter or bar manager that was amazing. Always smiling and when I dropped my two coffees going up to my room, he refilled them , gave me 2 free croissants and brought them up for me. Wow what a great service "

"Everything you need is within walking distance. Leave you car in the parking lot after check in, and you won't need it until after you check out. The staff is excellent 👍."

"There was alot of loud construction noise during the day. I was not made aware of this when I booked the hotel. I did like the double sink and modern bathroom. I also liked thed the terrace and heater. The beds were vwry comfortable."

The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."
