"We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person...

"The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday."

"Maison très belle, équipée et fournie de tout le nécessaire. Jardin très soigné et équipé aussi. Idéal pour passer du temps en plein air, loin du centre ville. Propriétaire super gentille, disponible et présente pour tout besoin, bienveillante mais discrète. Un seul petit bémol: les photos de l’annonce montraient la piscine alors qu’il y avait des travaux et elle n’était pas du tout disponible. Enfin, plus de soin dans le nettoyage de la vaisselle rendrait le tout au top."

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. We enjoyed evening meals outside in the garden around the big table. Be aware, one single bedroom is...

Jacques and his wife were so welcoming and friendly and the home was gorgeous. It was exactly what we were hoping for! The pool was lovely. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. "The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. "Très bon accueil le logement est agréable et très lumineux. Tout est à disposition, linge de maison, équipement ménager, télés, console de jeux, barbecue vraiment il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très accueillants je recommande cette location pour des vacances au calme dans un petit appartement propre et bien agencé."
