"The staff was very helpful and addressed my concerns right away. My TV wasn't working upon my arrival and a very nice gentleman had it working almost immediately. The front desk staff was kind enough to lend me a computer mouse for my laptop as I forgot mine. The only problem I encountered was during Saturday morning breakfast. It looked like there were only 1 or 2 staff trying to keep up with the breakfast rush. They were doing their best, but the orange juice was empty and the waffle mix and breakfast sausage both ran out and there were quite a few guests waiting in line for these items. But, again, they appeared to be doing their best. I think they were just understaffed. "

It’s a shame, as this small hiccup in service was the only blemish on an otherwise fantastic stay. In conclusion, the JW Plant in Savannah is a great choice for runners and history enthusiasts alike. Just be mindful of where you choose to dine within the hotel complex."

"Stayed at Hilton Atlanta to go to a concert at Mercedes Benz stadium. The hotel is very nice with four restaurants. Lots of space and a lot of places to walk to. Room was clean and lived the Coffemate coffee creamer in the room!"
