"I have mixed views about this place. The lobby is beautiful and you think you are getting a beautiful luxury experience, but that fades when you get on the elevator to whatever floor you're at. This is definitely a 3-star bed and breakfast, with excellent customer service and of course, the beautiful ocean view. "Pretty boutique hotel in Zona Colonial. Beautiful roof top with a lovely view of the nearby church. Maybe a tad loud on weekends. The inner courtyard amplifies the sounds from the ground floor. Very prompt service staff. Room was in a top notch condition."

"In the past I stayed at the hotel Hispaniola which I always found a nice and familiar hotel. Although years have passed by, and it isn't the new building I stayed at a couple of times, as well me as my brother are very satisfied with the kindness we were treated at the lobby, the restaurant, the taxidrivers standing at the hotel as the atmosphere, the cozyness, the familiar touch it has.
