"We liked the staff and location. Food is very expensive in Iceland so the complimentary breakfast was great. There was a little bar if you fancied a drink. The lobby was cozy and was nice to visit with our friends. Our room 406 was oddly shaped if you are tall ask for a different room. It was also noisy there was a pub next door. We would stay again."

"This was a wonderful hotel, and I would recommend it to anybody staying in Reykjavik! The staff were so kind and polite, and the facilities were clean and relaxing. The location is perfect and walk able to many bars, shops, restaurants. We spent many days before the hotel in a camper van traveling and this was the perfect stop to end the trip for 2 nights. "

The hotel's breakfast buffett was wonderful with lots of fresh pastries, fruit, eggs and meats. I highly recommend this hotel in downtown Reykjavik. "

"Friendly and helpful onsite staff, especially Gisli who looks after our needs and help resolve any issues. He is courteous, responsive and problem solving. Hotel location is excellent. washroom is small and tight. A bit of noise from street. Overall facilities are good. Will come back to this apartment hotel."

"Only problem I had with hotel there was no real full time front desk. Only way to enter was with a code they sent via email. As in my case we got it while still in transit and did not write it down and then the email disappeared when I went to pull it up and could not enter lobby until someone exited the front door. Then we had to wait for hotel employee to complete check in "

"Fantastic place to stay. Just so you know there is church across the street that chimes it's bells quite often but we got used to it."
