"We loved the suite, definitely worth the extra money having the private pool. We used it daily after our tours. The only recommendation I have is better food options for breakfast room delivery. We had the same option every morning of our 5 night stay. That is the only thing I would change. The staff and service was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Me and my partner travelled from London England. Beautiful accommodation with stunning grounds. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very attentive to detail. "I loved the views this property gave! The room was basic but clean. But the VIEWS were everything! I loved the fact that they had a hiking trail on property, it was a good distance trail that gave a decent workout. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the drinks were good. The pool is well kept but there wasn't a pool bar like it advertised. Definitely would need a car to get anywhere since it's located about 30 minutes from most activities. "We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed it. We had a great view of Arenal from our little patio and the property had a nice little walk with some wildlife and we enjoyed that. The mineral waters were also very enjoyable, it’s not running water but soaking in the pool after a day of hiking was so relaxing. The surrounding of the mineral waters are lovely. I also enjoyed the massage I got on side the masseuse was very pleasant and very good. "

"Very nice staff. Small grounds with great views of Volcano. Boutique size place, maybe only 10 rooms and nice but small pool deck and 4 hot springs. Great breakfast, very convenient in and out location with a car. Not a fancy big resort place but was absolutely fine and budget friendly, would recommend no problem. Other "grand" volcano hot spring resorts were actually sold out so I picked this one and was very happy, and was lower cost overall with a great breakfast and very friendly staff....

"Very nice garden for our toddler to walk around and play with toys they provided. Staff very friendly and always ready to help , btw they gave us a free upgrade. The rooms were clean and comfortable , could use a better soundproof for the walls jus as a suggestion. The trails were amazing, but some signs need to be fixed. Overall the experience was truly amazing , we enjoyed our stay , will definitely be back and recommend it."
