"Mine wife and I stayed for 5 days in May of 2024. Pros: Beautiful beaches Beautiful weather Excellent, gracious staff (thanks Marvin!) Great pool deck and outdoor bar. Live music was really good. Voyager restaurant was fantastic. $$$$ Cons: Room HVAC seemed to only have two conditions, warm and humid or cold and damp. Hard to find a happy medium. Asked for maintenance to check, made no difference. Room furniture not comfortable. We had a rain day and the couch in our room was not comfortable...

"Property is lovely. Disappointed that the balcony(ies) was/are non-functional. No bedspread, just two sheets and a double-size blanked on the Queen size bed. Overall a unique choice, with quirks that go along with a historical building."

"This is our 2nd time at the Tides. The staff is attentive and very personable. The food is very good especially the pizza. You pay for the breakfast now but it beats the price of going out and we had enjoyed the breakfast options. We had a beautiful room with an ocean view. The beach is just a few steps away. Wonderful pool and bar as well. Definitely will be back"
