"Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments. We will definitely return when in Denia!"

"We spent three nights at this property. The house is very large and the pool is great. It is a bit of an older house, but everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC. The house is off the beaten path but very quiet and still very close to everything in downtown Denia. A car is a must. Tons of great restaurants and stores within minutes."

"This is a lovely property - an old building extended and modernised with a traditional-shape pool. The A/C in the bedrooms is excellent. There is none in the rest of the house but, as it is an old building, we didn't feel the need for it as it kept reasonably cool, even when 35 degrees outside. The house is really nice inside and was good and clean. There are two nice spots to eat outside - out front beside the palm trees, or out the back where there is a built-in barbeque. "This swimming pool was in a great central position, with plenty on sun beds. So adults could relax while children played in the pool. For eating in there was plenty of crockery and a fantastic selection of glasses. The beach was easily accessible. Denia is a lovely town. "The pictures on the website are misleading of the property you might end up staying in. Our accommodation was more like a garden summerhouse. It was clean but very tired and not equipped at all. The three towels were all hand towels. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when trying to use the terrible WiFi. We didn’t have time to use it but the pool looked lovely. The cafe served a nice basic breakfast. Great location near the beach. "
