"What i like no isdues in requesting clean towels or toiletries... what i dont like is that e erytime i stay there they disconnect the key at 11am during checkout day and checkout us at 12pm.. I have to go to the lobby and have the key card reactivated... also they have a swimming pool but its always cold. They should add heated lamps to heat uo the pool. Ive been staying at this place for over a year. And I can hardly ever use the pool. Its always cold..."

"They were remodelling. The first floor was in bad conditions, there was a leak right at the front desk. One of the rooms we were given had no sheets, a bucket in the middle of the floor, like if the maid suddenly left halfway her assignment. We were then assigned a room on the first floor, that was under remodellation and not in good condition"

"The water didn’t drain from the shower and the bathroom sink, awful smell in the room on the first night so requested another room, then the toilet was clogged, had to go buy Starbucks next door and used the bathroom there.
