Apartments in Daytona Beach Shores

"We were nervous to stay in Daytona Beach because of so many poor reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised with Perry's. We had excellent customer service, Mary was great! Our family oceanfront suite was newly remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. My son loved the bunk room. (I do wish there had been a door on that, but it really wasn't a big deal.) Great views! These are not complaints, just things we noticed in older reviews that are still true: One of the elevators was still broken, but it really wasn't terrible. Even on a busy weekend we never waited too long. And there weren't towels at the pool very often, but it was never a problem getting more towels from the front desk. The hotel is old and still needs some repair (ie. guest laundry), but we had a wonderful stay with no complaints and we would come back in a heartbeat! "

"It felt like home, all the staff were amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping! And how often do you see the manager on a regular basis chatting to guests, while making sure everything is running smooth. From the start at the front desk we were greeted warmly, and it was a quick checking, without incident! Adina, our housekeeper, had our room, clean as a whistle, n always snelled fresh! Eddie and the rest of the front desk staff, always smiling, laughing with us! Roger, you are a top notch manager, it was a pleasure staying at the hotel, and we will again, hopefully sooner than later!!"

"Beach access was amazing. The pool and hot tub were not crowded and perfect temperatures. They gave our 8 year old son a free beach ball which he loved! The smores at night at the campfire was such a sweet touch. Our room was large and clean. Everything about this property was fantastic. Would definitely come back. "
