"This house looks just like the pictures. It’s an older house that’s been updated very well. We basically lived on the back patio. The only downside was that the beds were really hard. Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely rent again."

"This place was immaculate. You could have eaten off the floor. It was that clean. The beds were super comfy, nice sheets and brand new towels in the bathrooms. Plenty of parking and very easy access to get into the house. The outside space in the back was very nice. This house exceeded our expectations in many ways. We just wanted to be close to the Pictona Pickleball facility, which was less than a mile away and this house was a huge plus. We will definitely stay again when we come up to...

"The property was very nice, clean, and quiet. The only noise I really heard was the dogs in the street. I was happy to see that everything I needed in the kitchen was available, as Im a chef, I like to cook alot. Everything we needed, besides the trip to Disney was within a 15 minute drive. The residence is in a small town, right outside Daytona, with lots of places to go. Diane was very quick to answer any conveebs questions. I ended up with the flu, I was happy to be in there in the peaceful...

"Host was outstanding!! Just had to sweep off deck no big deal. Bed firm but I have back issues. Everything you need for place was there. Toilet paper-paper towels-shampoo-conditioner- bath soap- extra trash bags- salt-pepper-list goes on. Just a little walk to beach and local restaurants. Enjoy the deck (private). Excellent vacation! "The location is perfectly walkable to anywhere on Flagler Beach that you want to go. We had our dog, so it is a bit of a hike to get to dog beach. Walked it once, then drove the other times. Weather was miserable, so it was important to us to have so many restaurants nearby."

When we tried to access the patio via the sliding glass door one of the slats fell out in the living area. Same in the primary bedroom. "In need of serious updates throughout interior rooms and exterior. Could be a gem with some fresh updated paint, new light fixtures and appliances. Seawall reconstruction incomplete. Ongoing noise M-F from construction equipment. No direct beach access. New manager John very friendly and accommodating. "
