Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco
5.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (72)
"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order. The spa is perfect, and they will...

"This place is in the center of Cusco close to many major areas of interest, i.e. plazas, museums, restaurants, street markets, etc. They are also only a bus or train ride from Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes, Ollytantambo, and so much more. The staff go above and beyond for anything you may need, help with luggage, directions to local places, calling taxis, and the lovely breakfast they serve. They main staff are fluent in English if you don't know Spanish, the grounds are immaculate, and...

Hilton Garden Inn Cusco

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1002)
"Great service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is pretty good. Good wifi. The have a laundry machine you can use although it is somewhat pricey. It is a short walk to the city center, but it is a steep downhill and coming back up is not easy at this altitude. Noise insulation within the building could be improved. Our room was above the breakfast room and we would be woken up by the staff setting up breakfast. There was some minor noise traveling between rooms too."
