"The staff and linens were great as well as the view from our bedroom window. Leading up to the area was unkempt, and the food was not good. The general hallway leading to our room was old with marks on the walls."

"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"First impressions, as you drive through a housing estate were not good, however, both rooms we had booked were very clean and had all we needed for a stop off to the airport. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've used in a while. I have paid double and had dirty rooms in Birmingham, Cambridge, Chester,York and London . Quite hotel all night even though it was full."
