"Island House is conveniently located, and from the outside the aesthetic is decent. The inside could use improvement; the rooms are semi upgraded. Bathrooms are relatively new, but the rooms still have popcorn ceilings, carpet, and box air conditioning. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighboring guest cough.
