The staff was wonderful, very helpful. Things to work on: The side door (leading to parking lot) couldn’t be locked. Mattress has no box springs and was hard as a rock. They were doing construction on the lobby and kitchen, staff was doing great adapting to the situation.

Check-in was relatively fast. The room was clean and had a good view of the lagoon. The hotel is behind a shopping area which includes a Walmart, Souvenir Store and Domino's Pizza. Given all the activity just outside the premises, it was very quiet inside.

This was a great stay. Quiet, close to the Beach and tge staff were kind and accommodating. Megan was great during check in and Shay was great during check out. Would give 5 stars but the parking situation wasn't great at all.
