"The aesthetics of the hotel surpassed our expectations; it is much nicer in real life than in the pictures. The hotel smells beautiful and is very clean. The swimming pool was nice but a bit small, and very shallow. It was ideal for our 5 year olds but definitely not suitable for adults. The breakfast was decent and the free shuttle to Disney was very handy. The only negative I would have is that the prices of additional drinks/food were expensive. "

"Had an excellent stay at this hotel. This was our 3rd stay in the hotel. The grandchildren loved swimming in the pool. They also loved running around in the soft play ball pool area. This is a great hotel for small children. I can highly recommend it if you have plans for a trip to Disneyland Paris. The shuttle service to the park is an excellent advantage. "

"Everything was amazing, from the gentlemen who checked us in to everyone else we encountered. The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high"

"We have stayed at this hotel twice before prior to the pandemic so we’re more than happy to book again as the location is directly opposite the rer to central Paris. Staff very friendly, parking is great, for a fee which isn’t too bad. The rooms have aged though and need updating. Too Few plugs, 1 usb at the far end of the room.
