The air conditioning was broken for the duration of our stay and we were not informed until after our flight had already landed in Colorado. I explored other hotel options after being informed the AC was broken but there was nothing else available within our budget. The staff was apologetic but I certainly did not receive the value that I paid for.

This hotel lied about a lot on their post. They advertised breakfast but only offered a muffin. All other cereal and stuff you had to buy which was 3 dollars for a little box. They advertised they had a pool. It was bone dry. The hotel messaged us 2 hours before our flight to tell us the air was not working, but they were diligently working on it. They had absolutely no one working on it. Didn’t offer any compensation. After reading into reviews there were many that were buried stating issues about the air. The towels smelled like they were left in the washing machine for days before drying them. They had a mason jar sitting on the desk saying it was water😬. Definitely didn’t try that. All in all was very disappointed and will be going on all forums to share about this property.
