The gentlemen assisting in our luggage’s were so kind in holding our bags before check in so we didn’t have to lug them throughout the day. Staying at the hotel 2 nights, dining, parking... do not think it was appropriate to ask us to pay a cover so that we could go in and purchase cocktails. We went nextdoor to The Fairmont and patronized their lovely lobby bar, enjoyed the cocktails there and the welcome "

Nice area to walk around and experience San Francisco’s Chinatown culture. Walking distance to some great food options and bars. "
