"The villa was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We have stayed in Sainte Maxine a number of times, and although the location doesnt have a view like other properties we have rented, it is quiet yet close to the town and beach, but be prepared for a steep walk back. Throughly enjoyed our stay."

The villa has all amenities you require and the host responds quickly to any requests. There is ample parking for several cars and they are secured by a gate. "The location was perfect. It was less than a 5 min walk into town, where you could find plenty of shopping and restaurants. If you wanted to go to Saint Tropez, it was a short walk to the shuttle boat that ran frequently. We spent a lot of our time at the house as the view and lounging by the pool really couldn’t be beat. "Fantastic peoperty for up to 8 people. Spotlessly clean and filled with lovely art pieces and tasteful decoration. So many different types of crockery, games and amenities including essential air con. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and was well maintained. "Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. The house was clean, in fine working order, location is on the border of St. Tropez and the town of Gassin. About a 15 minute walk to St. Tropez town center. "A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."

"I took my two daughters there partners and my two grandchildren to the property and it worked perfectly.The house itself is stunning in a wonderful location just outside of St Augulf no more than a 15 minutes walk,it had everything you need for a family with the pool and gardens.The owner Pawel met us at the property to run through everything and then at the end to have a quick once over and was a top man,very helpful and nothing was a problem."
