"We arrived without receiving check-in instructions despite messaging and calling the host. We were unaware when booking that the location was a part of a hotel which shared amenities. Our path to our room, which was part of a small quadplex, was lined with garbage, beer cans, and cigarette butts. The only positives were the beds were comfortable and it was pet friendly. "

"We had a wonderful time in Clearwater. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. It gave us a great refuge from our busy days. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood towards the sunset in the bay. Communication with the host was easy and efficient."

"This property has been recently and beautifully renovated and was an easy drive from the Tampa Airport. The amenities were great and exactly as described. Self-check in was very easy. This was a great spot for my sister and I, and we would happily stay here again."

"Overall, this location was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully renovated and very clean. Just remember, this is a studio, not an apartment. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the unit, you probably want something larger. We were in town for a two day music festival so spent very little time there, mostly just a place to sleep. But it is very comfortable for that use, nice kitchen nice bath, washer and dryer. The exterior and immediate area are a little off-putting but not really a...

"The property is extremely clean and new. There is everything you need like extra towels, blankets, iron, toaster, microwave, plates, cups and more. The only thing is that you will probably need a car if you decide to stay and wanna go to the beaches or places to eat. The Uber to the beach was about 10$ when we stayed there in late March. Everything is relatively far."

Comfy beds, clean inside and out, pool was fab, free laundry-albeit one wash/dry at a time - shared amongst guests, plenty of parking, very nice manager on premesis, I think his name is Erme. Zeke the mtc guy fixed out toilet likely split, actually installed a new one in less than an hour. No complaints. Would Def recommend!"
