The suite is walking distance to stores and restaurants it is a hidden gem so close to the beach in the middle of everything.


The suite consists of stylish bedroom with private bathroom and spacious closet equipped with towels and sheets it also includes a FULL kitchen with essentials and appliances (small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc). Enjoy a relaxing time in the patio space where you can enjoy a peaceful brunch under the Florida sun!

We enjoyed our time in Florida and exploring the area. We have never been to Florida and didn’t know what area to look for a place but this location was close to a lot of fun adventures for us.

Clean, Good Location

Overall it was a nice place. Clean, good location, private. They did a great job converting this space. The listing stated it has a FULL kitchen so I didn't look in the list of amenities or pay attention to the pictures to see if it had a range. It has one hot plate, no range. Also, the Roku TV went out the 3rd night so we watched TV on our laptop, no biggie. The 4th night the internet service completely disappeared. Still waiting to hear back on that one.

Nice spot central location

The property was well kept and clean with all conveniences. It is in an older neighborhood but easy walk to breakfast spots and grocery.

Property was as described. Wireless router went out on the last evening and could not restart it (not accessible). There is a broken down car on the property that should be removed as it is an eyesore and takes up a parking spot.

Guest Suite

The suite conveniently located 10-15 minutes from the beach. An easy drive with minimal traffic. The pictures that were provided of the property were accurate. The suite was clean and looked newly redone. Our only complaint was the water in the shower did not get hot, which was interesting because the sink did not have that issue. Overall, we would stay at this property again.
