"The check-in was effortless! The property manager had everything ready for us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Short walk to the beach, and I did not read on listing, but we also had access to their storage unit that had all the beach toys and chairs! The bed was big and comfy and there were lots of bed linens and blankets for the pullout sofa. We had a wonderful time and the price was also great!"

"Overall the experience was very relaxing with the exception of a small sugar ant problem that I did not take the time to report during my stay in the main bedroom that would appear from time to time on the nightstands and the table. None of the other rooms nor the kitchen had any issues. I would definitely recommend this place, it was clean, and communication with they property management team was very easy"

"Great place for our family that was close to the beach. We appreciated how clean the space was and the availability of a washer and dryer. The kitchen had all the major essentials. I’d recommend adding a large crockpot for guests. We also used the sofa bed and sheets were provided, however there weren’t any blankets for that bed so future guests should bring their own. The complex was very clean and quiet. The communicating from the leasing company was SUPERB!"

"When I go to the beach I do not seek out, "posh," lodging but I do want it to be safe, easy to access, relatively clean, easy to check in and out of and pleasant. We started as a group of three ladies for a girl's beach trip and grew to four, and we all had room and there were enough towels, wow! I would bring your own fuzzy blanket. "We were in Port A for the sandfest. This was a perfect location. We rented a golf cart from Teas Red Golf Carts and cruised to SandFest very easily. There is a boardwalk very close to the condo for convenience to the beach. It was a great weekend!"

"This place was perfect…I had originally planned to just go by myself- as a middle school teacher, I simply wanted some peace and quiet. However, once I told my twin seniors my plans- they jumped in (along with one of their best friends) and we took off. Those memories cannot be replaced.. The little extras like laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps, pool towels, and plenty of towels were not expected, but very much appreciated! Marked this as a favorite for future excursions."

"The unit was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Great water pressure on shower head which means a lot to me. Very comfortable bed on master but the Murphy bed not so much, also very noisy but it ended up working for our light weight kiddos. Community was well kept, pool was clean and with nice outdoor furniture. We will definitely recommend and will be back in the future."
