"One lady at the hotel with dark hair went above and beyond in service. However the hotel says it is renovated but when actually going in, you can see it's only parts of it, the rest is old bones. It definitely still shows ages. Carpet has dark spots in the room. The stay had small mishaps but nothing serious and like i said, one lady gave stellar service. 5 stars for service :) Unfortunately on the second floor one of our guests could not sleep all night because he had car alarms going off that...
