"I give a full 5 stars due to various remarks as follow. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The location is superb for shopping patrons, just few hundred meters away from main lobby. Varieties of Eatery places and restaurants available from Tullys cafe to ramen, beef steak, and fast food. Lots of drinking olaces too if you like to have a few pints of beer, liquors and snqcks after a busy day. Traveling by train is super convenient from Kaihim Makuhari stations and direct shittle bus...

"It’s a little far from Makuhari Messe, so I took a taxi there during Tokyo Game Show. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Overall great stay, would recommend. "
