"Staff are excellent, very helpful & friendly. Esp. when I was checking into the hotel while my husband was driving back to Narita airport to return the rental car in a rush. A lady knowing I have language barrier but helped me by all mean. I wished I knew her name so I can appreciate her more before she took her days off from duty.
