"Very nice property if you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle, but if you plan to visit the city, it is a bit far off from the tourist areas. Also, there is very limited dining options in the evening in the immediate vicinity, and not everyone would be comfortable walking in this area after sunset. That being said, the property is beautiful, the rooms clean, and the staff/owners were very friendly and helpful."

"This was a lovely hotel. It consists of a number of buildings with different sized rooms, all spacious. I had a more basic room but it still had a large bed and daybed as well as space for a decent bathroom and storage. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The location of the hotel by the river is lovely but it is a little out of the centre of town. You can walk to the night bazaar in 20 to 30 minutes , I believe you could get a taxi relatively easily for a reasonable price....

"This is a beer basic hotel at a very cheap price. My hotel in Chiang Mai was the same price but much much better. This is a purely basic hotel. Not super comfortable, but comfortable enough. Needs major upgrading like a coat of paint and modern light bulbs. But once again, for the price, clean and does well for a few nights."
