"The staff was helpful, easy and fast Checkin/checkout, and it is walkable to almost everything! Food, clubs, and the White House were all walkable distance, about 10mins from the hotel! Would come back again!"

"The place is fine but what makes it stand out is the terrific staff: upbeat, patient, super helpful. I'd stay here again as a solo traveler. Just be ready for a small room (two of us would have a hard time maneuvering). But everything is clean and the shared spaces in the hotel make up for the lack of space in the room itself."

"I only gave it a 4 because the room I selected was especially small and facing the generator. But, in fairness, this was graduation weekend and everything was sold out unless you wanted to pay $1000 plus for a room at the JW."
