Service is slow on a few fronts: we waited over an hour for the airport shuttle before the Comfort Inn driver offered us a ride and waited more than an hour before half of our room service was delivered and then we we told that it would be at least another hour before the (soup) could e delivered."

"Property is well-maintained. Really close to noma Washington which means north of Massachusetts St., NOMA was a neat little area. Unfortunately, after dark the area feels much less safe than it does in the daytime. Just outside the door there are people who are homeless, and there are others who appear homeless and on drugs.
