"The apartment was beautiful, very clean and excellent security. The property is well located walking distance to la Castellana and Serrano. Lots of shops and grocery shopping. The building has excellent security. Very nice with a beautiful view."

"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "

"We came and stayed 2 nights for the Taylor Swift Concert. Hotel was booked through Expedia and was just as presented. We loved how close it was to stadium and metro. Served its purpose for us! "

"Room was super. Air conditioning was not great, maintenance tried to fix twice. Too hot, not a lot of privacy if travelling with someone that you don’t want them to see you showering. This was a space theme room, other rooms may be different. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, good shower, mini fridge in room. The whole room had remote control blinds, dripdown TV"

"The air conditioning stopped working after a couple hours, however it was not a problem since it was relatively cool out. There were multiple hairs that were not ours in the bathroom. Only stayed one night, so we did not ask to move rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location next to metro and bus stops. "
