"We stayed here for a quick getaway to visit home and visit grandparents gravesite nearby, Cabin was clean and had the essentials needed. Washer and dryer was a plus! Cabin was peaceful and secluded -Just what we needed. We bought an Air mattress to sleep on, beds were new I believe, just wasn’t comfortable to us. But that’s no fault of the owners. Close to Indian Creek Reservoir, which was convenient. Even though fishing wasn’t good while we were here. Beautiful lake :) if you need a little...

"What a little gem the cottage is. It was perfect for our stay for fishing tournament on Toledo Bend. Plenty room for boat parking. Quiet area with firepit & deck space. I will defiantly be back! Property Manager was easy to communicate with & checked on us after arrival."

"When we arrived on a Friday night around 830pm we were shocked to find nasty bathrooms and a not very clean house. We spent the first hour of our vacation after driving over 3 hours scrubbing bathrooms and cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere and dirt and crumbs under the couch and chairs. The pictures online made the house seem bigger than it was. The dock and porch were covered in spiders. The outside cooking area was filled with trash and spiders. The thermostat wouldn’t go below 70...

"We had so much fun at this cabin on Toledo Bend! The weather was amazing and although the fish weren’t biting we still had fun in the sun. Great location and we loved how secluded it was. Also the back porch is awesome and loved all the sitting areas especially the TV outside. Thanks for letting us stay!!"

"Your rental was perfect for our 4 person group. We love the location, the balconies and warf area were perfect for our cookouts and gathering. Our only complaint, which im sure is out of your control, is that the trash dump is not open in the most convenient hours so we ended up taking trash with us. Other than that we definitely plan to re-visit on our annual outing next may. The VRBO site would not allow me to book that far in advance so i'm hoping i can get this same, great place."
