Getaway vacation home on Toledo bend. Right on the water with dock!!

Watch a beautiful sunrise over the lake from the balcony or in bed. Sit and watch the boats go by or go down to the dock and enjoy the fun. This cabin has so much to offer. Plenty of parking and only minutes from Toledo Town, locals restaurants, and coffee. Great for a family vacation, girl’s weekend or have direct access to the lake with boat lift at the dock while fishing tournaments. There are 2 paddle boards, one kayak, an inflatable lily pad, and plenty of floats at the dock. Sleeps 6 comfortably and there are 2 twin air mattresses in the closet.

Perfect and Cozy
Your rental was perfect for our 4 person group. We love the location, the balconies and warf area were perfect for our cookouts and gathering. Our only complaint, which im sure is out of your control, is that the trash dump is not open in the most convenient hours so we ended up taking trash with us. Other than that we definitely plan to re-visit on our annual outing next may. The VRBO site would not allow me to book that far in advance so i'm hoping i can get this same, great place.

Overall everything was positive. The one thing I would suggest is more pots and pans. We only found one pot so maybe we were looking in the wrong places.

Toledo Bend Trip
Visited to fish a tournament out of cypress bend. Location was perfect. Close to stores and the weigh-in site. Great views of the lake from the spacious back porch! Plenty of room to park boat and trailer with a second vehicle. Electrical outlet in optimal location to charge while off of the water. Only downside, not all amenities listed were available.

Great little house
Enjoyed our stay at the little blue house. Small and perfect for me and my husbands trip but could definitely fit more people comfortably. Loved the boat dock for fishing in the shade after our daytime fishing trips.

Most relaxing stay!!
We loved this little piece of heaven! Beds were so comfy, the kitchen/bathroom were well stocked, and the view was amazing!! Roxanne was an attentive and helpful host. Can't wait to go back!
