"We stayed here for a full week and we had the best time! Very attentive staff from housekeeping to concierge, coffee in the lobby, bar for evening. We were so busy exploring the city we only got up to the pool once which was great to have for some fresh air. Very centrally located, we could walk to Roma easily for dinners. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. "Excelente servicio!! Mi esposa y yo cuando vamos a México siempre llegamos a este hotel. El trato del personal del hotel es excelente. Son muy atentos y serviciales. Ojala supiera los nombres de todos los miembros del staff para mencionarlos. En el restaurante todos muy amables, Don Jorge, Don Julio, Eli, Don Adan, Don Carlitos y en general todos. En recepción la Señorita Karina, Don Victor, Señorita Magali, y todos. Tambien el Juan Pablo muy atento. La limpieza es muy buena, habitaciones espaciosas y no es escucha el sonido de la calle. Lo recomiendo mucho!!! "
