"Very nice home. Well stocked kitchen with everything you can think of. The pool was great! Kids swam every day. The living room furniture was super comfy… love the reclining sofas. It’s a bit farther drive to U of A but there are tons of shopping and dining options nearby. Our family had seven traveling from IL and VA for my sons graduation and booked in November for a larger home but they cancelled on us in February “due to unexpected home issues that require immediate attention”. This left us scrambling to find another place. So glad we found this home! It had everything we could want. Host was very understanding when we needed a later checkout. Definitely recommend this beautiful home. The only problem we had was figuring out the washer - could not get cold water and only found out after washing on the cold setting that it was hot water."
"As an astrophotographer this location worked great. The large yard in front, while having a few visual obstructions, was an excellent location in terms of view and darkness. My night sky luminous meter put this area at around a Bortle scale of 4.5. Having th convivence of a home 30 feet away far outweighs an even darker location. I routed power through the bedroo door to the outside, and a ethernet cable through the front door. I would definitely consider this location over others I have stayed at in the area.
The management is also easy to contact through the portal, and responds very fast. I was very pleased with the entire experience!"

"Wonderful people to work with. Great communications. They went above & beyond to help us with questions and possible items in the home to prepare for our trip. Fun place to hang with the family for the week."
Escape to Serenity: A Sunlit 4-Bedroom Haven Near Saguaro’s Cacti & Tucsons Gems

"The house was spacious for our family of 10 but lacked supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and not enough bath towels for 10 adults, Bathrooms were clean but the house was very dusty on the floors and furniture and lots of dead bugs and cobwebs in the windows and corners of the house. Beds were comfortable. The dresser drawers were broken and hanging off in the front room. WIFi and trash instructions would be helpful. A corkscrew or bottle opener could be nice added to the kitchen. The area was quiet and felt safe."

"Upon arrival I noticed immediately that the rugs had not been vacuumed. So I started inspecting the house and found crumbs and soiling on the table placemats. So I knew it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I went to run some laundry and found a heavy build up of mold and mildew all over the thick rubber seal in the washing machine. There was no way I would use it. The king bed is up a spiral staircase that is not safe for children or adults. A the top of he stairsnails were sticking up on the floor strip that would rip your foot open. The bed upstairs had a big soil mark and we weren't sure if it had been cleaned. I contacted the owner and he offered to have someone come clean again. But, if they didn't do it right the first time then I would rather do it myself. They own a Casita next to the home and my husband witnessed the cleaner go in to clean it and she was there about 30 minutes. The owner was ok at responding, but I was surprised he didn't offer to refund the cleaning fee, since the house wasn't clean. The front porch is the best thing about the house, because of the size, the environment, and the comfortable furniture. We are retired and use vacation rentals several times a year. For the price it was disappointing. And if I had kids with me it would be a nightmare with the staircase. We never went up there because it was so steep. Hopefully I can post photos. Think twice on this one."
