"Hotel forced me to download their app before check in. with the app i got a password key to enter the hotel. nobody works in the hotel. its a building without workers. everything is done via the app and there is no parking. host did not inform me that I was obliged to download their app to check in. hotel sheets were cheap. i called the number and left a voice message. nobody called me back. stay away if you don't want to download the hotel app to enter the building."

"The staff was unfriendly and did not speak any English. During check-in, they did not inform me that breakfast was included or provide the Wi-Fi password. The room was also not clean—there were long hairs everywhere. Throughout the night, a compressor—possibly from an air conditioning unit—turned on about every half hour and made a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep. I stayed for two days, and each day the key card for my room stopped working. I had to return to the reception desk every time to have it reprogrammed"
