The place is not luxurious but neither is the price, but it was clean, the staff were very helpful, free breakfast buffet which was good.Great location for a walk to Moinhos Vento and to the historical center. I enjoyed walking everyday and got to experience a little of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

My non smoking room smelled like smoke and one of my towels smelled bad. Small lobby and restaurant is on the 19th floor and not very big . I won’t be staying there again

O quarto é bastante confortável e os funcionários são muito educados. Fora isso, o café da manhã é apenas aceitável. O entorno não é agradável. E quando estivemos hospedados o hotel estava superlotado, com filas de até 20 minutos para entrar no salão do café da manhã e esperas intermináveis para pegar o elevador.

O quarto sugerido para 3 pessoas é mínimo, extremamente apertado. O café da manhã é uma odisséia. Fila para entrar, ambiente hiper lotado, é mal dimensionado para o número de hóspedes. Fila para tudo, falta louças, a equipe faz o que pode, mas não dá conta diante do tumulto que se forma. Fora o calor extremo pois a refrigeração, também não dá conta. Enfim, lamentável.
