"The service was superb. When we walked in to check in, we were met by the Hotel Manager Antonio Nocera with a big greeting. He shared with us the workings of the hotel and areas around it. The check in service people were always pleasant and helpful. We had drinks at happy hour each day and also enjoyed a late dinner one night. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and great service. Happy hour and dinner were served by a wonderful gentleman Anu, from Sri Lanka, who always greeted us and provided the best service. Overall, great hotel with a close location to the port and easy access to the cable car which took you up to the town of Capri and the shopping areas."

"Everything was perfect since we arrived. The staff were so kind going above and beyond at every step, the room had a beautiful view—it’s a bit far from the city but apparently they have a shuttle you can ask for in advance. We stayed in a room with partial seaside view but instead we got a full view! It was as pictured, with a terrace and view to ourselves. Even if you don’t get a room with a view, they have outdoor seating with the most amazing view, and there’s beautiful live music in the evenings from 8-8:30pm. They also have their private seaside/beach area and pool open to guests—many other beaches in the area are not free, while the hotels is both private and free for guests. When we went it was nearly empty, very private, and breathtaking beauty."
