It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. "We stayed there this past weekend and the condo was in amazing condition and very nice and modern. It had 2 very safe and large parking spots and 2 very nice sized bedrooms and a nice and very modern living room and kitchen area. Very convenient for a nice and classy place to get some coffee and breakfast and a short walk to downtown Cape May. The nice screened in porch will be very nice in the summertime. The owners always got right back to me to answer questions that I had."

"The apt was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. The parking was tandem (one car blocking the other car in), which was workable. There are no closets in 2 of the bedrooms and the bunk bedroom is EXTREMELY small. I have been going to CM for decades. The location is a block away from the ACME at the end of the Washington St Mall. Very convenient to many things, less convenient to the beach. We were given 2 keys, so that required some juggling. "The condo was incredibly clean. That's a big point for me and my family. The location was terrific, right across from the BBQ grills and and next to the laundry and trash area. "This apartment is perfect for a couples getaway, it’s quaint but you aren’t here to sit in your room. The place is clean, quiet, and close to everything. The only downside is it’s located on the third floor so you have to lug stuff up the steps for the stay and there isn’t really any outside place to leave your Sandy items. Also NO PARKING! And with at least 7 places on premise you risk having to park far away while loading and unloading."

My fault for not noticing in the description that it’s a second floor apartment, which was fine for us but noting here as it’s alot of steps and would be difficult for folks with mobility issues. Owner communicated clearly and check in and out were easy. We would stay here again for sure!"
