The room was beautiful, except the bed only had a mean, miserable box spring, no mattress. Manager agreed to switch me to another room, but it had the same bed issue. I got a refund and left. We had to walk back to the office so I just handed my suitcase to the young man, who looked very surprised but took it. "

"Booked the room at this location as a romantic retreat for my wife and I. Paid for a nice big room with a romantic view of the historical area, only to arrive and find out that the window is covered with paint and cenment for construction on the building and the buildings around it. Didnt get a discount or another room to make up for it. Service could be better."

"Schon die Anfahrt ist nur mit einem echten Allrad mit LKW-Reifen zu empfehlen. Wir haben es mit einem Jeep so gerade geschafft. Der Pool ist mit altem grünlichen Wasser gefüllt, nicht zu empfehlen. Das übelste: es gab KEIN Leitungswasser, also die Rohre waren leer. Kein Händewaschen, kein Duschen, kein WC. Wir haben das Klo mit Hilfe eines Abfalleimers mit Wasser aus dem Pool gespült und sind am nächsten Morgen früh um 6 Uhr weg. Natürlich haben wir wegen des fehlenden Wassers reklamiert. Ohne...
