Hello and nice to have had you stay with us on your Cabo visit. We used to have 4 street exclusive parking spots in front and had them for 14 years until so many restaurants opened around us and the city changed policy. There is now a secure parking lot less than a block away that charges 25 pesos an hour and a special deal of 200 pesos from 8PM till 9AM. We enjoyed having you and hope to see you again soon.

Hello, Jose. Thank you for the review. We strive to exceed expectations. Our location and history is very desirable and the price is extremely reasonable. We loved our pool also and after a long study, very few people actually used it. For the extra insurance, maintenance and expense, it was removed to fix the roof and properly seal it once and for all. Being just two blocks from the marina and 10 min walk to the fabulous beach, most people are so happy to swim at the beach. We hope to achieve a better review from you the next time. See you soon!

It is very Mexican and traditional and we work hard to keep it in great condition. The plants and colors are what many people really enjoy. Hope to see you again soon!

Hello, Justin. I am sorry to hear you had no hot water. There was no reference to a complaint on that matter while you were at the hotel. It is hard to fix items that we are not made aware of. As for hot water, even though it is summer time and warm outside, we still maintain two hot water heaters making the water as hot as manageable. Since your review we have cleaned the shower heads from mineral buildup and it now flows the hotel water normally. As for the tv’s, we just installed new cable in every room and obtained the new cable boxes as the old ones had issues. Hope to see you in the future and obtain the highest rating possible as we do strive for it.
