"This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

Lots of rowdy venues nearby but the apartment was just far enough away to stop this from being intrusive. One minor observation. I was surprised to find a socket for a round pin plug but no USB port. "Brilliant property. Brilliant location and great amenities. Only issue was that it was the third floor which would be a problem for those unable to tolerate a lot of stairs. It is right in town and close to many shops , corner shops , restaurants, takeaways and bus/tram station. Within walking distance to the train station. "

"My daughter and I were visiting my daughter who lives in Lichfield and this was the perfect place for us to relax and hang out in the evenings, as well as a perfect location, between where my daughter lives and the Town Centre. Easy walk to the Town Centre, Beacon Park, the Cathedral, and the train station.The owner was easy to communicate with and the apartment was clean, modern and perfect for us. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Really comfortable room. Well stocked with complimentary water, tea, coffee, kettle etc. There were what looked like make up marks on the the toilet and shower, but clean otherwise. Great to have a car park-very expensive but you are in the centre of Birmingham very close to big venues. Check in was busy but we were seen quickly. The windows don’t open but the air conditioning worked well "
