"We had glitch because our bathroom got flooded at night, also one of the staff upset us one night because of his behaviour, however they made up to it, he apologized and provide us with free breakfast. We will come back to this hotel in future because staff was nice and helpful."

"Very conveniently located to public transportation. Near train and bus stations. Hotel offers transportation to and from jumierah beach and other destinations. Lots of nearby grocery and restaurant options. The staff was kind and helpful. They brought up groceries to my room and also let me sleep in before asking for room service. The area where the hotel is located is residential with many hotels in close proximity. Hotel room was clean except the washing machine rubber had black mold inside. "
