Over all service was excellent staff was very friendly. Buffet coffee was not great need to work on it. Coffee at bar was excellent. Room towels was 2 star Level for a 4 star hotel resort. Towels were torn with holes very same every time they were changed same. Food choices and taste were excellent. Overall great resort. Close to old souk airport mall marina.

A beautiful hotel and the Highest hotel in the world… from the moment you walk in this hotel takes your breath away… you’re greeted by amazing staff like Joelle who must receive a raise for her amazing work and Ibrahim— the most delicious perfume shop in Dubai. It’s called Al Basata… ask Ibrahim or Said for a sample just mention my name, .. they will be happy to put the most delicious perfume on your wrist ….
