"The accommodation was great, clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was excellent at communicating with me and the location was ideal for visiting Bude. I took my dog and the outside area whilst not on the same level as the accommodation - could have done with a spruce up - was handy. No complaints though sprucing up the exterior would only just make it extra perfect."

"As there is a check out time of 9.30 and check in time of 4pm I would expect the property to be ready for us. The hot tub was being filled at 4pm and was cold it was not close to warm by the following day. But worse was the thick layer of brown scum around the edge. Paying £350 for what is effectively one day and two nights with no hot tub is very poor value There was also a leak in the property in the kitchen and a very wet patch of carpet which I think might have been from the bath leaking"

No other windows opened, so it felt very much like a hotel room/suite. No ventilation to bedrooms/bathrooms… Manager responded quickly when we found ourselves in suffocating heat - 25degrees! "Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great views over the countryside and 5 minutes in the car to the coastline of Bude. Apartment was very comfortable with luxury fittings (loved the sparkly bathroom!!!!). Real attention to detail from the owners to the point that they text to say we could turn up earlier than planned, as the cleaning was complete. They also texted directions and road conditions, and gave us snacks for the journey home! Having read the visitors book there have been many return...
