"Easy to get to on Google maps. The hosts are there to greet you and make your stay every thing you want it to be. Tom was litterally born and raised in that house and lives nearby and very freely volunteers local info that will very much enhance your stay. Not only do u get a great house to stay in, but a personal guide on what to do and how to get there. As well as info on some local places u would never find on your own. Plenty of room for groups. On site laundry and extra bathroom facilities....

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (5)
"When we were planning our trip to Ireland, we knew we wanted to experience a bit of everything; which of course included a thatched roof cottage on a farm, and The New Thatched Cottage was absolutely perfect. We felt like we were transported back in time while still having everything modern that we needed right there. The grounds were beautiful. The horses were so sweet, and the cabin was perfectly cozy and comfortable. Our only hiccup was the slippery wood just outside the shed. I took a little...

"On arrival and on opening the front door, there is an overwhelming fusty smell of damp this emanates from the flat roof in the kitchen and Bathroom damp signs are visible on the ceiling and around the bath sealant. The back door does not open thereby closing off a secondary escape route, there was a note left saying that the door would be repaired that week however it was undated and there are no obvious signs of this work being done. The double bed is very small is it a ¾ bed? There are no...
