"Quick overnight business stay. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely though the menu isn’t extensive. Service was great. My only complaint would be my tv appeared to have a mind of its own, turning itself on & off as it saw fit regardless of whether you were watching a show or if you were sleeping. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere near the hospital. "

Probably a bit of information in regards to where things are in the building itself and a booklet on how to navigate different types of transport and to where things are situated in the area apart from that everything great"

"Totally enjoyed our 1 night wish we stayed another night but had animal commitments.From thre moment checked in to be greetedby friendly staff and complimentary drinks.Our room on level 9 with amazing views front and back,to a queen size bed and kitchen everything was clean and tidy and bonus a spa to enjoy.Thankyou Ramada for an enjoyable experience will definitely stay again and for everyone dont forget to book in to copper sppon thai reztaurant across from Ramada delicious food.iwould recommend to others.Thankyou."

"We loved the resort. However did not have our room cleaned once over the 4 days by house keeping and no fresh towelling daily. There was no coffer mugs only paper cups and cheap coffer and tea selection. Toilet paper was placed upside down on the toilet roll holder and the grout in the bathroom was dirty on the floor and in the shower. The restaurant and reception staff were amazing and provided excellent food and service. We had an amazing experience and there was so many activities provided we would love to stay at Pelican Waters Again in the future. "

"Overall the stay was excellent! One comment on a possible improvement.... We left our pillows at the hotel and didn't realise till later on in the day we checked out. I called the phone number and left a callback message but never received a callback (perhaps I left the calback message incorrectly?). I then had a web chat conversation but after some time I was asked to call again or email. I emailed and received a phone call 1 1/2 hours and was able to arrange a pickup. My improvement suggestion is to look at the two automated methods to help maintain good customer service."
