It was so cozy and cute, the kitchen had everything we needed, we really loved the retro stove and the cast iron cookware, made us feel like we could have been there 100 years ago. The view from the hot tub is so beautiful, I cant think of a better place to get away from it all. Thanks for everything."

"This property is in an amazing, off the beaten path location in Estes Park, but only a ~10 minute drive from downtown. The location as serene and quiet and the property was immaculately clean and the house was endlessly interesting to explore! The theater room was also extremely comfortable and the sound system was incredible to watch movies on. I would absolutely stay at this property again."

";Charlie was right there to meet us with a smile. We toured the cabin and he gave us check in and out information. The setting is just beautiful, The little creek that runs just behind the cabin is so peaceful to sit by. Enjoyed out beer and wine out there. Charlie was available if we needed him, which we did not, except for directions to places. Would definitely recommend this cabin."

"This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back...

"We had a blast staying at Peaceful Valley Ranch! We loved exploring the area and learning about the history of the Stage Coach hub. Hiking, both before and after the 12" of snow fell, was absolutely beautiful. Everyone at the ranch was so accommodating and friendly and we had the perfect Thanksgiving."

"We had a diverse group of family and friends joining us to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. They came from as far away as Scotland. There was plenty of rom to spread out and wonderful bathrooms to share. The recreation area complete with shuffleboard and ping pong was enjoyed by all. We especially liked breakfast on the front patio. The views were spectacular. We hope to return some day!"

"We love Nederland. It’s the cutest mountain town and this was hands down our favorite property that we’ve stayed at. We could walk to all the Main Street restaurants, shops. We LOVED sitting by the creek and listening to the water, the cabin was well maintained with everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition and clean! We will be back to Nederland and this will be the first place we look for availability."

"Boulderhaus is a great spot, easily accessible from downtown Boulder. We have been traveling to Boulder a lot over the last four years and this is the first time we have stayed outside of the city proper. We had originally rented for Thanksgiving weekend last year but my husband needed emergency surgery, forcing us to cancel our stay just days before our rental began. Larry kindly allowed us to change our dates. We are thrilled to be here in time for the Boulder Film Festival while relishing...

"I was just hired by the city of boulder from out of state and needed a place to stay to start my new job and figure out what my next steps were, Walter and Jessica,(the hosts) were amazing, they made me feel at home in a new town, the space was clean and ready for me to move into and had all the basic things except for food. They were gracious hosts and I would not hesitate to recommend them, I would have stayed longer but they had already booked the space. The location is great near the city...

"This small but stylish basement apartment is in a very nice neighborhood and a very short drive to most local attractions. The property listing (and prior review) did indicate that there was no stove which was acceptable to me since it was a short stay. However, the listing said that there was a microwave which was not accurate. Thus, there is no way to cook within the apartment.. A representative from the host offered to bring us a microwave but would have to remove it after we left for code...
