They were very accommodating of any needs we had and even provided a convenient packet of information about the local area. The home is beautiful, clean, and private. The hot tub was also very clean always hot. The bed gave possibly the most comfortable night's sleep I've had since I was a baby. "This was the perfect place for us to stay. We needed a room for a night after a long day's travel, and this was a quiet place with comfortable beds. "If you want solitude this is your place to escape all the machinations of our world. Property owner provides a plethora of things for you to do. You can grill outside on the deck, watch the stars or aurora, read a book inside the cozy cabin, play a deck of cards, cook almost anything in the fully stocked kitchen or just cozy up on the sofa or loft. "Unfortunately we arrived in the dark and left in the dark so we can not comment on the property. In November the sun sets around 5 and risess around 10. We also got hit with a crazy storm so no hot tub. Now we did see the Northern Lights it was amazing, actually the main reason we stayed in this area. The building is modern and clean, very cozy in the storm would stay again."

"Erla's cozy red cottage was in the perfect place for us to get to after arriving early in Reykjavik. We were easily able to get to the things we wanted to see and do...Borgarnes and the Snefellsnes Penn. The house was spotless, the living area was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We so enjoyed the hot tub after a long day witnessing the magic of Iceland. We would have stayed longer if there had been more days available."
