"Relaxing, well decorated space on a busy thoroughfare. Good location near Hwy 12 and Santa Rosa neighborhoods and Safeway. The fog came in on command every evening and acted as air conditioning for the space. Cool little vacation spot for those wanting to explore wineries in The Valley of The Moon."

Vintage 2 bedroom, Proctor Terrace

"Was not familiar with Santa Rosa so just hoped it was in a good neighborhood. It turned out to be in a great area of beautiful, well kept homes. A few things were walkable (a grocery store) but we had a car. Everything went super smooth and the three of us (man, wife, adult daughter) were completely comfortable here. And it was so cute too! It does allow pets so there is a slight dog odor, but we're animal lovers so we didn't mind at all. Only noticed it upon entering, but not after a while."

Vintage Retro 1 BR near Downtown Santa Rosa

"We spent a week , to be near our son and family about 10 minutes away…worked out well! Very clean, well maintained and responsive, as others have mentioned, street noise a little much, but use white noise on your phone and you should be good… it was cool at night, but not sure the one AC in the kitchen would cool the whole apt down on a hot night!"

Have a great time in Inverness !
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (135)
"We loved our stay in the green house! It was very quiet, peaceful, and a well accommodated space. A perfect location for visiting friends in Inverness and exploring all the outdoor beauty of Pt Reyes and Tomales Bay. I did find the listing to be somewhat misleading in that it says there are two queen beds and sleeps four people. The fold out/sofa bed is definitely not queen sized and is not very comfortable on its own. There are lots of comfy blankets and pillows around the unit so it wasn’t...

Deluxe Guest Suite w/ private yard, king bed, sofa bed, desk, next to a park!
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"This was a beautiful VRBO that is exactly as shown in all of the pictures and is described accurately. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, walk-in closet extra rooms, and I liked the outdoor patio space. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quite. The only issue that we had was that the entire unit smelled like marijuana smoke, (even after leaving the sliding glass door wide open for a few hours with the fan and heater on). My wife and I don't smoke, so it was...

Charming Bayfront Cottage with Gorgeous Views - Ideal for Quick Romantic Getaway
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (72)
"This small space was a perfect place for me to get a break from all the chaos of life. I was looking for quiet and secluded with a beautiful view which included a body of water. I saw no one while there (except the manager who came to fix the gas fireplace. He came quickly, fixed the issue and left. And was very nice too.) Easy to park and easy to get out----back on the road. I had no problem with the internet while there."
